The plot of land which is 33588.9 square meters in extent is situated in Mawalle, Tangalle which is a resort town in southern Sri Lanka.

The land is around 30.4 meters above MSL.

A land is a lush green cliff sticking into the sea with 2 large beautiful bays on either side of the property.

The bays offer sun bathing, swimming, wind surfing, diving, snorkeling, fishing, surfing and or simply relaxing on the powder soft white coloured beach.
